About Lilian

I build bridges—between people, ideas, and opportunities. As a third-culture kid, I bring a global perspective to fostering inclusive communities. Having lived and worked in Tokyo, London, and New York, I thrive in cross-cultural environments, bridging perspectives and building lasting connections.

I’ve spent my career in finance at JPMorgan and in consumer brands including Estée Lauder, as well as in start-ups and fast-paced creative agencies such as Wieden+Kennedy and Pentagram. Across these roles, I developed a strong ability to build relationships, grow businesses, manage complex processes, and navigate rapidly changing environments.

Now I bring that experience to real estate. After living in New York City for over a decade, my family and I moved to Tenafly, New Jersey five years ago, where we’ve built a wonderful community and are raising our children. I approach real estate with curiosity, care, and a long-term perspective—always learning, always curious, and always looking ahead.
